HNW Family looking for a Part-time Housekeeper/Cook in Kensington – Start June

HNW Family of three soon to be four is looking for a friendly and kind Housekeeper/Cook to help in their beautiful home in Kensington.

The family live in a large traditional Victorian home which has 3 floors and 4 bedrooms. The housekeeper/cook would be expected to carry out traditional housekeeping duties to a very high standard such as deep cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, laundry, ironing and making sure every room is kept in an immaculate tidy condition.

Other duties will include cooking one basic family meal a day, grocery shopping, menu planning, preparing fruit for breakfast and snacks, running errands and stock checks. The client currently has a nanny but when she is away the candidate might be asked to carry out some light childcare duties so It is important that the candidate is confident with infants and child friendly.

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, be positive, child friendly and active in order to engage with their son.

Start: start date is flexible – anytime from 7^th June
Days working/Hours: Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week (5 hours per day) OR Mon, Weds, Fri, 18 hours per week (6 hours per day)
Driving: Bonus but not essential, car is provided
Rate: Approx. £20 gross per hour
