Experienced Private Chef for a Beautiful Estate in Inverness. 7th August – 2nd September.
We are looking for a Private professional Chef to cater for two principals, possibly more on the weekends, from 7th August – 2nd September 2023 at their beautiful estate near Inverness.
The Chef will be expected to cook lunch and dinner, which would be three courses as well as canapes, and occasionally breakfast, when requested. The principals have a preference for fresh, seasonal, and locally produced food including healthy salads, fresh fish and local venison from the estate. They are not fussy, but specific with the standards and quality required. They enjoy River Café-style because of its vibrancy and freshness. They do not eat much meat, but would eat the venison reared on the Estate, as well as one principle being dairy-free.
A discreet, tidy and professional Chef would fit the role perfectly. The Chef will be accommodated on the estate, as well as flights and airport transfers being offered as required.
