Our long established client is looking for a nanny/ governess to care for their daughters, twins aged 5 and a 7 year old.
You will be responsible for helping the girls improve their French, ideally learning through play and conversation. You’ll also be responsible for helping with French homework (the children attend the local French school) as well as liaising with the school to ensure the children are reaching their targets.
The family travel during all school holidays and during these periods you’ll take on more of a nanny role – getting the children up in the morning, sorting out meals, planning activities and outings etc. The family does bring on another temporary nanny for summer travel but other shorter trips will only travel with you.
Working hours are 11:30am to 7pm during the week and 7am-7pm on weekends. You will get one day a week off. During periods of travel you will work on a 24/7 on call basis, although there will be opportunities to have breaks.
Accommodation consists of a separate apartment near the family home.
