Full-Time Private Chef for a Family in Belgravia. Start ASAP.

We are currently looking for a full-time Private Chef for a lovely family in Belgravia. The Chef will be doing day-to-day cooking for one main principle, which will include clean, healthy foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wider family (of up to 15 people) visit the household for approximately 12 weeks throughout the year, and will require very relaxed, buffet-style meals.

The Chef will be working in the household alongside a house manager, a couple of housekeepers, nannies etc., however, it is very much a family-style kitchen. The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with new recipes, putting together preference sheets and keeping the stock and kitchen tidy at all times.

The successful candidate does not necessarily need lots of private household experience, but could be a great entry someone looking to enter the Private Chef industry.

Please note – The successful candidate must have experience cooking Middle Eastern style cuisine.

  • Breakfast buffet – Adults help themselves, but offer a plated breakfast on request (e.g. eggs benedict)
  • Lunch: Family style buffet – all food gets taken up by housekeepers in hot pots – no service required
  • Dinner: A soup/salad/protein.
  • Snacks – Around 4pm for the children (i.e. sliders, chicken bites etc.)
• No. of people: Day-to-day cooking for 1 person but when the family are in residence (approx. 12weeks of yr.) cooking for 15 people.
• Salary: dependent on experience
