Full-Time Private Chef for Busy Household in Chelsea, Switzerland & South of France
We are looking for an exceptional chef to work full-time to work in our client’s London residence as well as in Europe throughout the year.
The family require a high calibre chef who has years of previous experience working in formal households.
The family spend up to 8 weeks in Switzerland from mid January to March and summers in the South of France from May to September, and the chef will be expected to travel with them during these times and will need to be flexible to fit around the client’s changing needs. When in London, this will be a live-out position.
Day to day, the chef will be cooking for the two main principals plus their children and a separate lunch for up to 10 household staff. You will be preparing a simple breakfast, a light healthy lunch and a plated restaurant-style dinner each day. The client entertains guests twice a month, so their requirements can vary from 3 course plated dinners for up to 20 people, to buffets for up to 30 people. The chef must also be able to handle last minute changes.
The family enjoy a variety of cuisines, and are health conscious. They would like you to be inventive and creative with your cooking, with the style of food reflecting that of high-end restaurants.
Role Overview:
• Role: Live out private chef for HNW family to also include stints of travel throughout the year

• Location: Between Chelsea, Switzerland, South of France
• Travel: approx. 8 weeks in Switzerland (Jan-March); summers in South of France (May-Sept)
• Days working: 5 days/week – Wednesday – Sunday (with flexibility)
• Style of food: modern, creative dishes cooked to a high standard and plated beautifully
• Meals/day: breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Driving: not essential as they have a driver and house manager
• Salary: £65,000-£70,000+ per annum (DOE)
