Amazing opportunity for a highly experienced live-out House Manager to provide high level support to an UHNWI family based in Monaco
Our client is looking from someone highly organised, bright and proactive who is willing to go an extra mile.
Responsibilities will include, but shall not be limited to;
- Full administrative support; handling confidential information
- Recruiting and training household and office staff
- Property management – negotiating contracts, dealing with all repairs, renovations
- Managing budgets and negotiating
- Keeping track of both personal and business expenses
- Household projects implementation.
- Extensive liaison with household staff across the world
- Any ad-hoc project and research work as and when requested
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working for UHNW or VIP private households
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills
This is a fully staffed household, so the ability to work as part of team is essential.
