Assistant Chef for Beautiful Scottish Lodge – 9th June – 1st July

We are looking for an assistant chef to work in a stunning lodge in Scotland for just under a month from 9th June – 1st July. You will be assisting a fantastic head chef providing food for guests and staff.

This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skillset in a fabulous kitchen. The client will cover food, travel and accommodation costs and you will work within a team of 6 other Signature Staff front of house staff. The client is looking for someone who is proactive, can work at a fast pace and is passionate about food.

For the successful candidate, there will be plenty more dates to return to the lodge throughout the year, so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with this client.

• Accommodation: you will share a room with another staff member
• Rate: £150/day
• Travel: return travel costs covered by the client on a sleeper train from Euston
