A wonderful summer role for a highly experienced private chef to join this large villa and cook to a Michelin star standard throughout.

You will be responsible for creating breakfast, lunch and dinner each day (one day off per week) in a modern, creative and fresh style. The ideal candidate has experience within Michelin star level kitchens as well as working with HNW private clients.

The client is looking for a chef who loves working with fresh and beautiful ingredients who is willing to go the extra mile with their creations. They are hoping for a lot of variety in their dishes throughout, and a fantastic working attitude.

Accommodation is provided separately from the main house and a driver is essential for this role.

• Location: South of France
• Dates: 22^nd June – 22^nd August
• Days working: 6 days/week (one day off)
• Property: Large private villa
• Numbers: ranging from 2 – 10 people (no children younger than 16 years old)
• Other Staff: Villa host and housekeeper
• Style of food: very high end, fresh, healthy, creative and modern.
• Meals:
•                 Breakfast: small delicious fresh bites (e.g. beautiful fruit platters, fruit compote, mini pancakes, avo on toast, fresh veg/fruit juices)
•                 Lunch: BBQ’s, salads – lots of variety
•                 Dinner: more formal, plated – canapés and 2 – 3 courses + cheese
• Experience: ideally worked in a Michelin star restaurant and for high net worth private clients. The client would like a chef who loves working with great ingredients and willing to go the extra mile.
• Languages: French preferable (not essential)
• Accommodation: private accommodation away from the main house (no wifi in the accommodation, so you will need to use the main house to download/call etc)
• Driver: preferable (not essential – please let me know if you can’t drive)
• Shopping: Required
• Menu planning: Required
• Rate: £250 – £300/day + travel, accommodation and food
• NB: The client would like to conduct a fully paid trial for candidates she expresses interest in prior to the job commencing
