This exciting luxury catering brand are looking for an innovative Head of Food to refresh and grow their business.
£40,000 per annum.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, energetic, and ambitious chef to work on luxury menu development for diversely styled catering companies and a deli in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will be very creative and able to work to exceptionally high standards, with the ability to design beautiful food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
The role will vary between preparing food in the catering kitchen and working within the company Deli nearby one another. There will be events of all sizes, so the chef will need to have experience catering for various numbers of clients.
Leadership is crucial, and the client is hoping to find a chef who will be always on the lookout for new recipes and keen to suggest ideas to the team. Awareness of sourcing ingredients, stock taking, and costing is also crucial.
The client base of this company is very diverse, and the Head Chef will need to ensure that their food is always in keeping with their clientele, whether it be UHNW dinner parties or corporate city events.

- Location: London, UK
- Days of Work: Monday – Friday daytimes with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Start Date: April 2022
- Duties: Menu development, management of kitchen, food preparation, sourcing and taking stock of supplies, ensuring high standards are met in a timely fashion.
