Corporate Café Manager for Award-Winning International Law Firm

An exciting new opportunity for an experienced corporate Café Manager to work within a top International Law Firm in the city providing a great work/life balance.

Salary: approximately £30,000 per annum + overtime and benefits

Start Date: ASAP

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within the hospitality industry and a proven ability to motivate staff and maintain high standards of quality control.

  • Location: London
  • Days working: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:00am – 3:00pm – 35 hours/week plus overtime
  • Role: you will receive amazing training whilst working with an energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts to provide excellent service to customers
  • Café: a newly founded free of charge employee café at the heart of the company serving fresh, seasonal and sustainable food to 400+ people daily.
  • Duties: Liaising with the General Manager and Executive Chef, coordinating the team, recruit and train staff, warmly welcome customers and take ownership of Front of House staff rotas.
  • Benefits: No weekend work and an attractive corporate benefit package including a good pension scheme, health care, gym membership etc.
  • Salary: approx. £30,000 per annum + overtime and benefits (DOE)
