We are currently seeking an experienced evening Sous Chef to work Monday to Thursday in a leading law firm. The candidate will take on key responsibilities during the latter part of the day and oversee prep work for the following day. You should therefore be able to lead a small team during the evening and work closely with the day team to create an efficient service.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to create a positive and inclusive environment which focuses on teamwork. You should be able to work calmly under pressure, have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate in a clear, calm and kind way. The client is looking for someone who is able to work alongside the Head Chef to create prep lists and menus which align with the budget whilst ensuring creativity.
