Permanent Sous Chef for a Private Equity Firm in Central London
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join a friendly and professional kitchen team for Private Equity Firm in Central London
The successful candidate will help to prepare the daily staff breakfasts and lunches, as well as the more formal client lunches which take place regularly. The kitchen is a fantastic space where you can develop your existing skills and be supported, with plenty of career progression over time. The successful candidate will be a real ‘foodie’ who is passionate about their craft, as well as upholding extremely high standards. Furthermore the candidate should have previous Sous Chef experience in high-end restaurants, 5* hotels or previous corporate experience.

- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (with the occasional dinner)
- Location: near Green Park/Piccadilly
- Holiday: 20 days + 8 bank holidays (increases after 5 years)

- Salary: £35k plus overtime plus discretionary bonus
