Hard-working Front Of House Team for a Luxury Scottish Lodge from 16th August-1st September.

We are looking for a Front of House team to work in a luxury Scottish Lodge from 16th August-1st September. Duties will include front of house service, housekeeping, setting the lodge up for the guests arrival and cleaning bedrooms and common areas throughout the guests stay.

The team is managed by the head chef and head of housekeeping who are both lovely, and it is important that we book friendly, proactive and extremely hardworking members of staff who will be willing to muck in where needed.

Summary of job below:

• Duties: General waitressing and housekeeping duties – you must also be happy to do domestic duties (i.e. make beds, do laundry, clean rooms/bathrooms, wash up, help in kitchen when necessary)
• Rate: £120/day plus food, travel, and accommodation
• Hours: Between approx. 8-12 hours/day – any days off during this time (usually 1 or 2) are unpaid
• Travel: The client covers all your travel costs to and from Scotland, catching a train from Euston
• Accommodation: Own room in one of the out-buildings, next to the lodge, with shared bathrooms.
