Full-Time Hospitality Manager for a Global Investment Management Firm in London. Start April 2023
We are currently looking for a Hospitality Manager for a high-end, global investment management firm near St Pauls, in Central London. The full-time role will start in April, providing a month to gain experience and knowledge of the building before the new site launches in May.
The successful candidate must have previous hospitality management experience, specifically in fine dining and meeting rooms, as well as events and functions for up to 250 guests. Within this experience, skills such as; financial management, budgeting, menu planning & design, stock control and client liaison are essential. The candidate will also be expected to assist with interviews, recruitment, appraisals, as well as being confident with Word/Excel and an electronic booking system.
The hospitality manager will be working alongside two hospitality assistants previously working at the former site. In addition to the required experience listed above, the candidate must be confident in leadership, discipline and creativity, whilst being extremely well presented at all times. The role will be fast-paced, yet rewarding, ensuring the candidate to be comfortable working under pressure, being assertive, using their initiative and showing leadership within the team.

- Salary: £48-50k plus £4k bonus scheme (plus benefits package)
