Seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join this long-established gourmet food shop and catering business in Chelsea.
The ideal candidate will have a professional cooking qualification and good experience within a commercial kitchen and/or fast-paced catering environment.
You will work predominantly in the kitchen, whilst also spending some time in the shop as well as learning the tills system and making delicious coffees.
The perfect candidate for this role is keen and aspirational, happy to bring their own ideas to the table and can think independently. It is important that this person is personable and professional, organised and has a keen interest in seasonal food.
The role will Involve:
- Working under the Head and Sous Chef
- Cooking for events
- Working on the shop floor serving customers
- Operating till systems and coffee making
- Liaising on the phone with clients
